down under do do

F in her magical crap inducing vest :)Every now and again F seems to get a little off her food and pukey. We have deduced that this is often due to her not having done the business, if you get my drift, for a day or two.

We have however discovered a cure that seems to get everything moving again and will cause great amusement with our dear friend L who we miss terribly because for over a year now she has been living in the Southern Hemisphere.

You see every time we put F in her magnificent glow in the dark Perth vest she craps for England.

L is a qualified nutritionist and was always keen to study my ruthlessly efficient intestines. Really, I seem to be able to process and eject whatever I've eaten or drunk within a matter of minutes sometimes.

She now has her work cut out. Not only does she have two patients to analyse but she's got to do it via SKYPE!

Speak to you very soon L it's been too long.

Lots of love S,K & F xxx

baby bath

F is already 3 months old which both K and I find completely unbelieveable. The time has literally flown by and we can't inagine what life was like before she arrived.

She is becoming quite a little character too and now actually enjoys many of the things that used to make her squeal such as bath time and even being strapped into the car seat.

our beautiful baby girl
Her weight gain is also bang on track, now toppling the scales at 12lb 15oz (5.86kg).

To top it all she has inherited her mother's beautiful smile and complexion.

Quite the little heart breaker I fear.

Jus' me an' my baby

Is that a fatter, poorer Guy Ritchie or just me in my Back to the Future Life Preserver and new Christmas cap?

Boxing Day.

Sunshine.

My two beautiful girls.

What better way to spend the day than a walk in the woods, a cheeky beer in the pub where we had our wedding reception and an afternoon back at home in front of the fire.

Ideal.

yule grinner

It's been ages since I've posted and as you can imagine we've been all hands on deck at home.

F is doing well and is putting on weight and growing at a healthy rate.

Her eye sight is improving so much so that she really recognises K and I now and follows us round the room with her eyes.

The best bit though is the cracking little smile that she melts her Daddy with...
